Xiamen, located on the southeast coast of China, is a dynamic international city and a significant economic, cultural, and transportation hub in the region.
Xiamen is positioned on the eastern side of the Jiulong River across from Taiwan. It is bordered by Quanzhou to the north and Zhangzhou to the south, making it an essential gateway to southeastern China.
Xiamen comprises six administrative districts: Siming, Haicang, Huli, Jimei, Tong’an, and Xiang’an. Each district has its distinct role and characteristics, contributing to Xiamen’s diverse and vibrant urban identity.
