How to Get to Nantou Ancient City from Downtown Shenzhen

Metro

From downtown Shenzhen, take Metro Line 12 and get off at Zhongshan Park Station. From there, it’s an 8-minute walk to Nantou Ancient City. Total travel time is about 50 minutes, with a fare of approximately 5 RMB.

Bus

You can take Bus M191 or M413 and get off at the Nantou Ancient City Metro Station area. Walk about 5 minutes to the city gate. This is a budget-friendly and easy option favored by many locals.

Taxi or Ride-Hailing App

If you prefer a faster and more direct way, take a taxi or use a ride-hailing app. The ride from downtown takes around 40 minutes and costs roughly 30 RMB. Though more expensive than public transport, it’s a comfortable and time-saving choice.
