Yanoda Tropical Rainforest offers several ticket options, but only two are truly worth considering. The first is the basic ticket (includes admission + round-trip shuttle, 168 CNY). The second is the full-experience pass, which includes the basic ticket plus most activities inside the park. If you do not plan to join any activities, you will need about four hours to hike through the rainforest. If you decide to join activities along the way, the entire visit usually takes five to seven hours before catching the return shuttle back to Sanya. The full-experience pass (299 CNY) works best for travelers who want to participate in many activities or visitors who have already been to the park several times.
For seniors who have difficulty walking, you can rent an electric cart after entering the park. It is more expensive at 399 CNY per person, and each cart accommodates four people, but it saves most of the walking distance.

Park Shuttle Bus
Yanoda Tropical Rainforest provides free shuttle buses connecting Sanya Bay, Yalong Bay, Haitang Bay, and downtown Sanya. You must book through the park’s official WeChat account in advance. If you are unsure where to board, ask your hotel staff for help. The ride takes about one to one and a half hours.

Public Bus
You can take Bus 332 from downtown Sanya. The fare is 10 CNY, and the trip takes about two hours.
Taxi / Ride-hail
A direct taxi or ride-hail from downtown Sanya to Yanoda Tropical Rainforest takes about one hour and costs around 80 CNY.
FAQ
Strollers are not recommended. Babies may get tired if they skip the cable car and shuttle, and wheelchairs can be difficult to push on uneven rainforest paths.
Luggage lockers are available at the Visitor Center. You can scan a QR code to store your bags. Fees depend on locker size. Large lockers fit 24–32-inch suitcases and cost 25 CNY per 12 hours.
